How to Use a “Guided Journal”
Step 1. Read the introduction.
Get ideas on how to answer the journal prompts in a way that is most effective for you.
The prompts are pre-formatted, but you have amazing flexibility in deciding how to answer them. In addition to explaining the prompts, the introduction has lots of great ideas and Positive Change strategies.
Step 2. Start making entries.
Each journal comes with 90 two-page entry spreads. Every entry has a cool inspirational quote to help you get started and stay centered.
Step 3. Assess your progress.
Assessment questions are included after every 30 entries. They are designed to help you identify patterns, recognize progress, and define continuing problem areas so you can make mid-course corrections as needed.
